Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Household Recycling Centre Assistant Team Leader in the Thriplow area. This is a full time 40 hour position, 3 months temporary to permanent role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support day-to-day operations of the site team.
* Deliver excellent customer service to all site visitors.
* Guide customers to the correct disposal bays and assist where needed.
* Uphold and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and order across the facility.

Contract Details:
* Temporary for 3 months, with a clear pathway to a Permanent role upon successful completion of training and performance reviews.
* Permanent roles are offered at an increased hourly rate for Assistant Team Leaders.
* Full-time: 40 hours per week
