As Global Head of Sales, you will own the revenue strategy and directly influence the next stage of growth. You will combine senior-level leadership with active pipeline engagement—leading from the front while building the team, structure and systems required for long-term scale.
*Please note - this role is 4 days a week in the Eastleigh office
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a clear, data-driven sales strategy aligned with growth goals
* Personally lead high-value pitches, negotiations, and deal closures
* Build, hire, and mentor a top-tier sales organisation
* Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting rigour, and performance metrics
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership to refine offerings and optimise go-to-market execution
* Strengthen market position by cultivating relationships with senior decision-makers across key verticals
Requirements:
* Proven success in a senior sales role within a digital agency, consultancy, or marketing-services environment
* Demonstrated ability to close deals.
* Experience scaling revenue and building teams during periods of rapid growth
* A consultative, strategic selling mindset paired with relentless execution
* Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills
* A builder—comfortable creating structure, driving accountability, and leading change
* Strong experience in Digital Marketing technologies (SEO, PPC etc)
