Join Inspire as a Placement Support Worker and gain hands-on experience supporting people with learning disabilities to live healthy, independent and fulfilling lives. Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (9-12 months) Salary: £13.19 - £13.74 per hour What You'll Do Build trusting, professional relationships and provide compassionate, person-centred support. Assist individuals to develop social, domestic, personal and community living skills as outlined in their support plans. Promote wellbeing, positive health choices and community participation. Contribute to risk assessments, care planning and therapeutic environments. Participate in activities, outings and holidays, offering encouragement and empowerment. Work collaboratively with the team, external agencies and families. What You'll Gain Real-world experience in learning disability and autism support.
