The Role SEN Learning Support Assistant
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will support pupils across a range of Key Stages within the classroom. Each day will bring new challenges as you help students access learning, engage with teacher-led activities, and work towards their individual goals.
You will demonstrate initiative and resilience, supporting pupils to make progress and build confidence. The role involves assisting with learning tasks, encouraging independence, and helping students develop both academically and socially.
