Hours are between 9am-6pm with shifts up to 8 hours. Salary: £26793.00 per annum Duration: This is a fixed term contract due to end when the postholder returns to the role. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 13 months. Interview date: TBC

What you'll be doing
Working along side the Head Chef, you will be leading a team of 28, with the support of a Team Leader you will be assisting your Manager so we are commercially successful by analysing and Identifying opportunities, stretching targets, consistently delivering exceptional service. You will have delegated responsibilities to your direct line team for scheduling, training, development embedding Food & beverage Standards and Values of the Trust. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that thrives in a busy but fun environment, proud of the high-quality dishes we serve and the spirit we bring to every shift.
