Overview
You will support a young person with daily living and community access tasks. The role is to provide daily living assistance, travel training, and support with community activities.
Responsibilities
* Support to access the community and recreational activities.
* Support with travel training.
* Support to develop daily living skills, such as food and clothes shopping, budgeting, cooking healthy meals, baking, and cleaning.
* Drive the client’s mobility vehicle as part of the role.
* Work to agreed days/times (approx. six hours per week on one day to be agreed with the PA).
Client information
* Client main diagnosis: Autism spectrum condition.
* Client does not understand personal space and has limited social skills.
* Pets: None.
* Communication: No communication barriers.
* Client enjoys: Baking and writing stories.

* Suitable candidates are responsible, reliable, positive, caring, and proactive.
