Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Aftersales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer based in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment and rewarding environment.
Aftersales Administrator Position Overview
* Processing aftersales enquiries, customer orders and complaints from customers
* Tracking aftersales order from processing through to despatch
* Liaising closely with internal teams including engineering, stores, sales and logistics
* Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions, quotation requests and documents
* Providing administrative support to the after sales operations including creating and following up on leads
* Providing customer certificates and documents relating to equipment
Aftersales Administrator Position Requirements
* Proven experience within a Sales / Administrative related role
* Proficient with MS365 such as Outlook and Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
* Exposure to an engineering / manufacturing environment is advantageous
* Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems is advantageous
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Aftersales Administrator Position Remuneration
* Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
* 5 hours per week. Flexible within Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
* 30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with tenure
