KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial & Business Development
* Proactively identify, originate and convert new Military & Special Project opportunities across domestic and international markets.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, from initial engagement through to contract close.
* Contribute to revenue forecasting, commercial planning and longer term growth strategy for M&SP.-term growth strategy for M&SP.
* Support pricing, margin and commercial negotiations in line with brand and profitability objectives.
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
* Own and nurture senior-level relationships with military units, government bodies, partners and special project clients.
* Act as a trusted, discreet point of contact for high-profile and sensitive client engagements.
* Deliver exceptional client experience, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
* Represent Bremont at formal engagements, briefings, events and private client meetings.
Brand & Heritage Stewardship
* Serve as a senior brand ambassador, deeply understanding and articulating Bremont's heritage, military credentials and values.
* Ensure all client interactions and projects are aligned with Bremont's brand positioning and long term reputation.-term reputation.
* Host clients at The Wing and other key locations, delivering experiences that reflect exclusivity, authenticity and professionalism.
Project Management
* Provide commercial oversight and client leadership on projects, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines and expectations.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and documentation to support transparency and performance tracking.
Events & Representation
* Attend and coordinate relevant trade shows, industry events and formal dinners to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
* Undertake international travel as required (up to approximately 4 weeks per year).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
* Significant experience in a senior client facing, commercial or relationship led role.-facing, commercial or relationship-led role.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth through relationship management and business development.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
* Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm)
* HQ based, hybrid working
* Probation process 4 months standard
* Notice period –2 months up to 2 years' service increasing to 3 from 2yrs

Interview and presentation with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.
