Project Manager – Hybrid (Burton on Trent) – Software Development
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and motivate a software development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a hybrid role, requiring approx. one day a week in the Burton on Trent office, with occasional overseas travel (Approx. 2-3 times per year, depending on the project).
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project delivery, managing risks, issues, and scope changes.
* Lead daily project activities, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
* Plan and monitor projects using Azure DevOps & Modern Requirements.
* Facilitate Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
* Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and industry standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
* PRINCE2 Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master qualification.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within a software development environment.
* Experience in a regulated environment and working with quality standards.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
