Overview
We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants, Carers, and Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes.
Location: Leicester
Salary: £13.73 - £18.65 PAYE
Hours: varying hours of 4 hours
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care and daily activities (e.g. dressing, feeding, mobility support).
* Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
* Support with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
* Offer emotional support and reassurance as required.
* Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments.
* Maintain accurate and timely records.
Requirements
* At least 6 months recent care experience.
* Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and independently.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
