Support Worker

We are looking for a Support Worker to support an individual with an acquired brain injury, in and around the Ludlow area who very much enjoys health and fitness and being active within their community and so we are seeking staff who also may be interested in this. He enjoys going to his local gym as well as rock climbing and has a very positive relationship with his family.
You will be available to work shifts including 10am-5pm Monday – Fridays and alternate Saturdays 8am-3pm.

Your day might include:
• Helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, or physical disabilities live independently,
• Supporting with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs,
• Encouraging social activities, community involvement, and family connections,
• Providing respectful personal care where needed,
• Making every day enjoyable — for the people we support, and for you!
No care experience? That’s OK. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have great transferable skills — we’ll teach you the rest.
