We are currently looking for experienced Painters to join a leading contractor working on social housing properties across Lambeth. This role involves general painting duties with a focus on treating and redecorating areas affected by damp and mould.
Job Details
* Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
* Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Ongoing
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties
* Treat areas affected by damp and mould, including anti-mould washes and stain blocking
* Repaint affected walls and ceilings to a professional finish
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements
* Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing
* Knowledge of damp and mould treatment methods
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Own painting tools
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
