Procurement Category Manager – Property & Store Equipment
London (3 days per week)
£75,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + additional benefits
This is a genuinely high profile opportunity sitting at the heart of a major UK retailer’s store growth and renewal strategy. With significant investment into new stores, refurbishments and estate transformation, Procurement is being elevated to play a far more strategic role across Property.
It’s about shaping the future retail estate.
The Scope:
You’ll sit within the Property Business Unit, partnering across:
* Store Equipment (£70m spend) – refrigeration, shelving, lighting, wiring, racking, flooring, fit-out components
Total managed spend across the wider area: £600m
What They’re Looking For:
* Strong experience across Retail Store Equipment (non-negotiable)
* Strategic category management capability
* Comfortable influencing specification owners
* Experience within Retail highly desirable
* Exposure to main contractors / construction environment advantageous
* Ambitious, commercially sharp, confident communicator
