Cut and Crease Operator - Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Cut and Crease Operator to join our Client based in BD11. This is a permanent role working shifts 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare jobs for die-cutting and ensure smooth production flow.
Run and monitor jobs, maintaining high-quality standards.
Record accurate information on MIS/Computer Systems to track operations, quantities, and quality checks.
Perform daily machine maintenance and Health & Safety checks.
Complete other daily tasks as requested by managers or supervisors.
Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in die-cutting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive wage: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
