Health Care Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Greater Manchester
Shifts: Day and Night shifts available
Pay: £13.21-£15.21 per hour

The Health Care Assistant Role Overview:
You’ll be providing 1-2-1 care in clients’ own homes, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs to live as independently and comfortably as possible.
* Supporting with tracheostomy care, ventilation & respiratory needs
* Assisting with PEG feeding and nutritional support
* Managing medication and clinical observations
* Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
* Monitoring and responding to changes in condition
* Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
You will gain specialist clinical skills while being fully supported every step of the way. Working with individuals with:
* Complex neurological conditions
* Long-term ventilation needs
* Physical disabilities
* Palliative and end-of-life care requirements
