Are you an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years in an Estate Agent? Do you thrive in a role where you’re given both independence and support? If so, The Home Cloud would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the check-out process, arrange repairs, and prepare properties for new tenancies
* Handle rent arrears, set up payment plans, manage compliance documentation, and ensure Right to Rent documents are current
* Serve legal notices, renew tenancies, and apply rent increases
* Handle deposits, deductions, and disputes
* Liaise with contractors for maintenance, handle invoices and payments
Working Hours and Location
* Office Location:Basingstoke, with a mandatory requirement for regular office attendance
* Hours:9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every 4 weeks (10 am - 3 pm). Early finish at 5 pm if you work that Saturday.
* Hybrid working is available with work-from-home days at the manager’s discretion.
* Holidays:27 days (exc. bank holidays), plus an additional day every 2 years of service (capped at 5 extra days)
