Your day as an apprentice:
As an Aggreko apprentice, every dayis different. Each day starts with a team briefing on safety and priorities. You’llthen collaborate closely with a section leader and mentor who will help you develop your knowledge in product assembly and testing.Throughout,you’llbuild practical skills with hands-on support and guidance, always working safely to keep everyone safe.

1. Learn essential technical and safety skills through hands-on experience across manufacturing rotations—Assembly, Test, and Product Release
2. Develop your knowledge and confidence using a range of hand tools
3. Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues
4. Worksafelytokeep everyone safe
5. From year 3, you will transition to engineering teams to build the specialist engineering skills needed for a successful career at Aggreko
6. Collaborate with teams to deliver excellent service and contribute to key projects
7. Use IT tools like laptops and mobile devices to support your work
8. Balance practical work experience with college study towards aBEng (Hons) Graduate Apprenticeship in Engineering (Design and Manufacture)
