RAC have a brilliant opportunity, to provide administrative support to RAC’s Property and Facilities team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites. This role involves managing invoicing, purchase orders, budgets, and compliance, with fresh ideas to improve ways of working. The role requires a real team player within a small warm and friendly team environment. Based at our Bradley Stoke office with remote hybrid working.

What you will do…

1. Invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking with accuracy and timeliness.
2. Coordinate maintenance requests, contractor schedules, and service agreements across RAC sites.
3. Maintain detailed property and facilities records, including compliance documentation and asset registers.
4. Support health and safety and statutory compliance processes and documentation.
5. Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to resolve issues and provide updates.
6. Contribute to continuous site enhancements.
7. Offer ideas for improving administrative processes, systems, and facilities management practices.

What you will need…

8. Ideally experienced in facilities/property administration with strong skills in invoicing, purchase orders, and budget monitoring.
9. Other transferable experiences combined with the right characteristics to work well in the team will be considered.
10. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
11. Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
12. Competent user of Microsoft Excel.
13. A collaborative team player with the right personality to contribute positively within a small team.
14. A positive individual with the ability to bring fresh ideas and improvements to established ways of working.

Desirable experience…

15. Experience working in a property or facilities management environment.
16. Knowledge of health and safety and property compliance standards.
17. Experience with CAFM or other facilities management software.
