There is the opportunity in the first two weeks of starting to complete up to 35 training courses to further career development and work up the pay scale. About the school: Utilises the principals of ABA and pyramid approach to education which gives pupils an effective means of communication using the Picture Exchange System. Provide a school for young children with autism who find it difficult to manage in mainstream school. Provides personalised access to a differentiated curriculum that has breadth and balance appropriate to meet each individual pupil's needs.
