What you'll be doing:
* Supporting a Client Partner in the day-to-day management of a major public sector account
* Acting as a primary contact for mid-level client stakeholders and internal teams
* Ensuring smooth delivery coordination and stakeholder communication
* Tracking account health, reporting, and delivery progress
* Helping identify risks, resolve issues, and spot new opportunities to add value
* Contributing to the growth and retention of a long-term strategic account
What we're looking for:
* 2–5 years in a client-facing role within consulting, digital, or professional services
* Experience working with public sector clients (local or central government preferred)
* Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Based anywhere in the UK (fully remote, with occasional client site visits)
