New Directions Education is looking to recruit a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery or early years setting in Bradford.
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity starting in September 2025, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about child development and committed to providing high-quality early education in a caring environment.
You will play a vital role in supporting children aged 0–5, helping to create a fun, engaging, and safe space where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
The School:

The Role:
3. Full-time Key Stage 2 class teacher position, responsible for planning and delivering creative and inclusive lessons that support the progress of all learners.
4. Differentiate teaching and resources to ensure all children can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
5. Work closely with colleagues and other professionals to support children, set targets, and monitor progress.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
6. Has recent experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
7. Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or is working towards one).
8. Understands the EYFS framework and the importance of child-led learning.
9. Has a kind, caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting early development.
10. Is reliable, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
11. Has (or is willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
