There is a great opportunity for two Warehouse Operatives to join the Wadworth team.
Please note, we are recruiting for two positions: one permanent role and one fixed-term role. The fixed-term contract is expected to run until October 2026, with the possibility of extension to the end of the year. About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a small, high-performing team dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. This is a key role within our operation, directly contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the warehouse function. Your responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse pick-and-pack operation, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our pubs, external customers, and online sales. The role will also involve forklift operation and providing occasional support with ad-hoc van deliveries across our pub estate when required.
We're looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude who takes pride in getting things right first time, every time.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role, including picking and packing
* Holds a valid forklift truck licence (desirable)
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail
* Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
* Works well as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently
* Has strong communication skills
