Kempsey Primary School is a popular, child-centred school on the outskirts of Worcester. It has a dedicated and enthusiastic team of teachers who work hard to make learning engaging and interactive for their pupils; committed and talented support staff who work hard to ensure the progress of all of the pupils in the class and a leadership team who value all staff and pupils for their individuality and who are committed to the on-going professional development of all staff in the school. Visitors to the school often comment on its friendly, welcoming nature and on the mutual respect and good humour evident among all members of the school team. Our pupils are lively, enthusiastic, inquisitive and happy and our staff say they enjoy coming to work! We are seeking to appoint a class teacher for September 2026. Applications from ECT’s as well as experienced teachers are welcome. Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to visit the school for a look round. This post is subject to an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. The school is committed to safer recruitment practice and pre-employment checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed. The school is also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
