A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Altrincham is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving property team.
Responsibilities:
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold
* Sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with 5+PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of leasehold and freehold matters
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Proficiency with case management systems
