Salary: £19,780 - 23,820 per year Requirements:
* Proven experience in large network environments (enterprise / public sector scale)
* CCNA (or equivalent) + ITIL Foundation (essential)
* Strong fault-finding, documentation, and customer service skills
* Happy with on-site work, travel to other sites, and on-call/shift pattern
Responsibilities:
* Design, maintain and troubleshoot data network, security and telephony services
* Lead projects/implementations, working with PMO and technical teams
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support, incident escalation, SLA updates and supplier liaison
* Participate in shift pattern coverage and on-call rota
