Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Client Accountant to join a renowned Business located in Central Bristol. For the right person, the client is offering a very competitive:
Up to £32,000 plus excellent benefits
Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Posting of all supplier invoices onto the property management system
2. Assisting in production of rental demands on a monthly / quarterly basis
3. Posting of receipts and payments for all client accounts
4. Assisting in the preparation of fortnightly supplier payment runs
5. Chasing up of outstanding and overdue commercial rent
6. Liaising with the residential property manager in relation to overdue residential rent
7. Assisting / dealing with accounting queries that arise
8. Assisting in setting up new clients / properties / tenant's leases on the management software
9. Assisting in the preparation of bank reconciliations on a monthly / quarterly basis
10. Assisting in the production of quarterly rental statements to landlords
11. Assisting in the preparation of quarterly vat information for landlords
12. Assisting in the production of annual service charge budgets
13. Assisting in the production of annual service charge accounts
Person specification:
14. Experience in a similar role with good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
15. Good IT skills including financial software
16. Part-qualified, minimum AAT L3 or equivalent qualified by experience
