Responsibilities
* Interviewing and selection; running assessments; driving the process to find the perfect fit for clients and candidates.
* Source and screen candidates, build talent pools, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with the team to match candidates to roles and provide a high standard of service.

Benefits and Working Arrangements
* Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week). Hybrid working: mix of home and office in our Glasgow office.
* Quarterly bonuses: uncapped commission.
* Annual leave: 33 days annual leave + Birthday Day off inclusive of bank holidays, increasing each year.
