This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for an E- Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our client in Bradford. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems and technical issues and has experience working in the E-commerce space. You will start initially on a temporary basis with view to go permanent.
Job Profile
You’ll act as the first point of contact for a specific portfolio of e-commerce customers across the UK and EMEA regions — building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties Include:
Managing the complete order-to-shipment process for assigned customer accounts.
Daily checks and follow-up on orders, deliveries, and system updates.
Identify and resolve issues within TecCom and SAP, escalating when needed.
Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
Process customer pricing approval requests, new account setups, and master data changes.
Support invoicing and resolve billing or delivery queries efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date customer records in line with company policies.
Liaise daily with internal departments.
Prepare documentation for audits.
You will be involved with process improvement and customer service development initiatives.
Experience, Skill Set required:
Proven experience in a customer servicerole within an E-commerce or E-business environment.
Strong SAP knowledge (highly desirable) or experience using electronic ordering platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders across departments.
German language skills (spoken and written- advantageous)
Hours: Mon - Fri (39 hours per week)
Salary:£27,000- £34,000 annually (dependent on experience)
Start date: Immediate start
Work Location: BD7 (hybrid working - 3/4 days on site whilst training and 2/3 days on site after training)
