The practice advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, banking, restructuring, funds, insurance, financial services regulatory matters and wider corporate advisory work. Clients include international financial institutions, listed and private companies, investment groups, onshore law firms and high-net-worth individuals. Lawyers in the team work closely with experienced partners and gain direct exposure to complex, international and commercially significant matters. Applicants should have solid corporate, finance, funds, regulatory or broader transactional experience gained with a recognised law firm. Prior offshore experience is not required, although candidates should have a genuine interest in building their career in the Isle of Man.
