Padel Boutique is a boutique padel club at Ashford Sports Club, Staines. Three courts (two covered, one outdoor), a clubhouse hangout space called The Hub, and a growing community of players at all levels. We're social, welcoming, and built on camaraderie — and we hold ourselves to a high standard.
We're looking for licensed padel coaches to join our freelance coaching roster.
Setup
This is a freelance role. You set your own rates, manage your own clients, and charge them directly. We charge court hire separately. No commission, no fees, you keep 100% of your coaching income.
What We're Looking For
* A recognised padel coaching qualification (LTA Level 2, FIP, or equivalent)
* Experience coaching players of all levels
* A passion for growing the sport and developing players
* Someone who fits a community-focused, quality-driven club environment
What We Expect
You're running your own coaching business, but you're doing it within our club, and that means representing the Padel Boutique standard. We ask that coaches:
* Leave courts in the condition you'd want to find them — tidy, swept, and ready for the next session
* Maintain a professional, welcoming presence on site
* Respect other bookings and operating hours
* Be open to supporting the occasional club event, social, or tournament
