Purpose of Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer to join our established and professional security team based in Lincoln.
This role involves working as part of a dedicated team providing round-the-clock security for the site and its staff.
Job Description
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to deliver high-quality manned guarding services at one of our prestigious client sites.
This is a key position within our security operation, requiring a proactive, customer-focused approach and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
1. Providing a visible and effective security presence
2. Conducting regular security patrols of the site
3. Monitoring and responding to CCTV systems
4. Ensuring the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property
5. Carrying out basic portering duties as required
6. Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
7. Delivering a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Essential Qualifications/Skills
8. Valid SIA Licence (essential)
9. Flexible approach to working hours
10. Strong communication and observation skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
