The Best Connection are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This role involves helping to prepare, review, and manage Warehouse Administration tasks across the business. You'll be working closely with different teams and making sure all Administration is completed and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support internal teams with administration-related questions
* Work closely with the warehouse team to complete administration tasks.
* Help make sure everything follows company policies and legal rules
* Assist in solving any contract-related issues
* Maintain up-to-date contract records and assist with simple reports
What We're Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Well-organised and good at managing time
* Comfortable speaking with people and working with different teams
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in admin or working with contracts is helpful but not essential
Hours of Work
* Monday - Friday
* 08:00 - 16:00
