AM: 06:00-14:00 (£15.62 per hour weekdays/£19.53 per hour weekends)
PM: 14:00-22:00 (£16.50 per hour weekdays/£20.41 per hour weekends)

What You Will Be Doing?
Monitor KPIs and provide constructive feedback
Organise daily tasks and support your team
Assist with managing absences
Ensure the Health & Safety of the team
Main point of contact for the workers and People Solutions management
What We Are Looking For?
Previous leadership experience preferably Team Leader or Supervisor
Strong communication skills
Physically fit and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
Experience using hand scanners (preferred but not essential)
Training
Full training provided by the client to help you excel in your role
