Key Responsibilities Complete routine inspections of highways, footways, street furniture, and other highway assets at required intervals. Identify and report defects or issues, ensuring timely resolution. Attend sites to assess reported faults on council-managed and privately-owned assets. Provide expert advice and guidance on highways and street works to colleagues, supporting risk identification and decision-making. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running. Knowledge: Strong understanding of NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act). Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Confirm software. Attributes: Proactive, independent decision-maker who requires minimal training.
