We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a passion for luxury to help lead our Bridgend store!
Position: Assistant Store Manager – Full Time
Location: Bridgend
Hours per Week:
Salary: £27,000

The Assistant Store Manager role:
* Support the Store Manager in driving the business with passion and high standards
* Make strategic and analytical decisions to meet sales, KPI, and profit goals
* Model excellent customer service and motivate the team to do the same
* Develop a highly effective team through coaching and training
The Perfect Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years retail management experience
* Experience in fragrance and beauty retail preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Engaging leadership style
* Strong commercial acumen
* Customer-centric mindset
* Flexibility to travel and work varied hours
