IT Technicians in Amazons Operations teams dont have traditional office roles - they take care of the various IT systems at the heart of our operational sites. As an IT Support Technician, youll work at a logistics site alongside colleagues, remote support teams and the business to offer a crucial IT support function. Responsibilities
Support local users by installing, supporting and fixing issues on the IT infrastructure, end‑user devices and applications.
* Manage tickets, providing both first and second‑line support
* Provide proactive maintenance to maximise the availability of all IT equipment
* Implement projects and deliver innovations together with other IT Service colleagues

Qualifications
Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Experience in procurement, inventory and asset management of IT equipment as well as IT lifecycle
* Experience engaging, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
* Valid drivers license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use
* Experience in oral and written communication
* A degree in Computer Science or another technical field
* Experience in networking infrastructure
* Experience in improving existing processes and procedures
* Experience in developing clear and concise documentation
