Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
1. Lead and inspire junior chefs, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
2. Ensure all dishes are delivered to specification and in a timely manner.
3. Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
4. Assist with stock control, ordering, and managing kitchen efficiencies.
5. Take charge in the Head Chef's absence.

Requirements include proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, passion for fresh, quality food and high standards, strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach, excellent organisational and communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
