Job Overview
Care Assistant – Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include providing personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, meals), assisting with daily activities, and maintaining residents' individuality and dignity.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care and daily activities.
* Support residents with limited mobility and those requiring end‑of‑life care.
* Recognise signs of abuse, neglect or harm and report concerns after completing safeguarding training.
* Seek appropriate advice and document care in line with policies.
* Maintain a caring, respectful environment that upholds residents' dignity.
Required qualifications and experience
