Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Dental Clinic Manager to lead our practice with a focus on the Four Ps: People, Patients, Practice, and Performance. This role is unique — our Clinic Managers are empowered to concentrate on what truly drives success: building strong teams, delivering outstanding patient experiences, growing the practice, and driving revenue. By reducing day-to-day administrative burdens, we enable our managers to focus on leadership, strategy, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* People: Lead, support, and inspire the dental team to deliver excellence in care while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
* Patients: Ensure an exceptional patient journey, from scheduling to treatment follow-up, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
* Practice: Oversee operational effectiveness by implementing streamlined processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting practice growth.
* Performance: Drive financial success through effective revenue management, budgeting, and optimising practice performance.
Skills & Experience
* Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or dental setting, with a track record of achieving results through people.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff, patients, and clinicians alike.
* Solid understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
* Organised, results-focused, and motivated by the challenge of balancing patient care with practice performance.
