Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – SEND Provision

A school in BL6 is seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to support their SEND provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner to make a real impact on pupils with additional needs in a supportive school environment.
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted support for pupils with special educational needs (SEND)
* Work one-to-one and in small groups to support learning and development
* Assist in planning and delivering differentiated lessons under teacher guidance
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Maintain records of pupil progress and contribute to SEND planning
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience working with SEND pupils
* Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Commitment to supporting children to achieve their potential
