Responsibilities
* Own the Microsoft 365 roadmap and ensure it meets business and colleague needs.
* Prioritise features across the full M365 suite and plan for upcoming Microsoft changes.
* Use colleague insights and behaviours to guide product decisions and improve ways of working.
* Work with Change & Comms to drive adoption and effective use of M365 across the organisation.
* Align with senior stakeholders and act as Tesco's M365 expert in internal and external forums.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Identity, Security and Business teams on decisions and delivery.
* Translate product goals into clear delivery plans, user stories and release priorities.
* Manage competing priorities, support sprint planning and ensure changes are communicated clearly.
* Lead the M365 licensing strategy, optimise SKUs and support budgeting and commercial planning.
Qualifications
* Significant experience managing Microsoft 365 as a product, including roadmap ownership, service governance and release management.
* Deep knowledge of M365 administration, Message Centre, roadmap IDs, usage analytics and platform telemetry.
* Strong understanding of identity (Entra), security (Defender/Compliance), collaboration, device management and ecosystem integration.
* Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or SaaS adoption programmes.
* Experience shaping product OKRs, vision and strategy for complex, enterprise-scale products.
* Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making and prioritisation.
* Practical familiarity with how large technology systems interact, including health metrics and SLOs.
