We’re now looking for driven, ambitious, high-energy recruiters who thrive in a sales-led environment and want to accelerate their career. You’ll step straight into a hot desk with live clients, active roles, and candidates, meaning you can start billing and earning from day one - no cold start.
You’ll be supported by a senior leadership team within a passionate, sales-focused environment where deals are moving, performance is rewarded, and progression happens fast.
Role Overview
Step into a hot desk from day one, working live roles across the cyber security market with fast-growing, well-funded startups. You’ll partner with engaged clients who are actively hiring -real momentum, real deals. You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team that values quality over KPIs, with no box-ticking - just strong relationships, top-tier delivery, and full ownership of the 360° recruitment process. Requirements:
* 2 + years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or a consultative business development role (experience in tech recruitment / cyber security is preferred).
* Educated to graduate level or school leaver with A-Levels and a strong commercial mindset.
* Proven sales-oriented background with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and able to show initiative in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
* Confident, resilient, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
