Overview
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Rayleigh. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult on their vehicle's servicing, answering any questions or queries they may have.
Responsibilities
* Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
* Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
* Booking vehicles into the workshop
* Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
* Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Great attention to detail
* A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
* Experience using computer software systems
