HR and Recruitment Coordinator | Harrogate
Full-time | Monday to Friday
£27,500-£28,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience
We are working on behalf of Harrogate Neighbours, an award-winning non-profit organisation who are looking for a HR and Recruitment Coordinator.
As the organisation's Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will coordinate the in-house recruitment process from job advertisements through to employee on-boarding and support the organisation's wider scope of HR needs.

The Role:
11. Supports the Chief Executive and Directors with all aspects of the recruitment process.
12. Implementation of the recruitment strategies to fill vacancies
13. Planning & coordinating recruitment events (both internal and external)
14. Maintaining an up-to-date database of applicants
15. Producing accurate recruitment reports for senior management team meetings
16. Completing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the recruitment process.
17. Maintaining and updating HR data and records
18. Liaising with the payroll department regarding employee contracts
19. Manage and support the recruitment process with the managers
20. Coordinate the new starters across the organisation.
21. DBS processing and obtaining references, as well as assisting department managers with induction procedures.
What we are looking for:
22. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
23. Minimum Grade C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
24. Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
25. Good time management and ability to prioritise whilst maintaining attention to detail
26. Experience of confidential notetaking
27. Good knowledge of GDPR and DBS processes
28. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, Outlook
29. Experience using Indeed and other relevant hiring platforms
30. Experience maintaining databases and completing KPIs
31. Experience producing and monitoring data for management
32. Willingness to develop yourself and the organisation's recruitment processes
