About the Role
You will lead a campaign to develop and secure opportunities in the high barrier-to-entry, strategic services and enablers space, building on recent successes. You will develop our strategic positioning, define the campaign strategy, manage the full sales lifecycle, and ensure clients are aware of Roke's capabilities, representing the voice of the customer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactive business development from requirements identification to order closure.
2. Stakeholder management to drive successful sales outcomes throughout the sales cycle.
3. Develop and manage a rolling 5-year forecast for future business planning.
4. Identify and implement partnering strategies to support campaign goals.
5. Coordinate with delivery teams for project mobilization, stakeholder management, and contract adjustments.

* Experience with procurement cycles for large (£20m+) complex projects with the UK Ministry of Defence.
* Ability to demonstrate integrity and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
* Knowledge of UK MoD structures and how to align products/services accordingly.
* Track record of bidding and winning large-scale (£20m+) projects with UK MoD.
* Understanding of UKStratCom procurement of Strategic Services and R&D.
* Experience with service-oriented contracting models and bidding frameworks.
* Existing network within MoD Strategic Services and industry ecosystem.
* Experience acting as Capture Lead on major complex captures.

This role requires eligibility for DV Clearance. Candidates must be Sole British nationals and have resided in the UK for the past 10 years.
