Business Analyst – FTC, c.£65k, Hybrid, Staffordshire
Are you an analytical, insight-driven Business Analyst ready to make a real impact? We’re working with a leading organisation that’s looking for a talented professional to help shape and deliver their digital transformation journey.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of major strategic projects—turning business ambitions into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions deliver real commercial and operational value.
This is a hybrid position, with 2–3 days per week on-site in Staffordshire.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Analyse business processes, systems, and digital initiatives to identify improvement opportunities
* Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
* Support the development of strong business cases using cost/benefit analysis
* Work closely with project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to define needs and priorities
* Ensure project outputs align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable benefits
* Support change initiatives across waterfall and/or agile environments
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience working in a digital environment (apps, websites, system implementations)
* Strong background in business analysis within fast-paced or high-growth organisations
* Experience supporting commercially focused transformation projects
* Knowledge of waterfall and/or agile methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
* Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive clarity across teams
