About The Role
Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, varied shifts
Car Park Attendant
OCS are looking for a Car Park Attendant to join the Car Park team at the Bon Accord Centre, Aberdeen.
The main purpose of the role is to assist with the day-to-day operations of the car park, providing customer service to the users of our car parks, ensuring car park cleaning standards are maintained and is a safe environment for all visitors.
Main Duties
* Meet and greet visitors
* Dealing with customer queries
* Using and Maintaining car park database
* Maintaining cleaning standards within the car park
* Communicate effectively with all visitors and colleagues
* Assisting the customer service desk during busy periods
* Maintaining a safe & friendly environment for all visitors
Candidate Requirements
* Customer service experience
* Approachable & friendly manner
* Good communication skills
* Basic IT Skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Positive & professional attitude
* To ensure that all clients and customers are dealt with promptly and courteously
