What you’ll be doing No two days are the same, but here’s a flavour: Building a pipeline within existing accounts - finding upsell and cross-sell opportunities Bringing dormant and low-touch accounts back to life - rebuilding relationships and turning them into engaged customers Spotting opportunities to improve margins (pricing tweaks, product changes, smart conversations) Handling day-to-day customer queries and keeping everything running smoothly Following clear processes and SLAs to keep everything accurate and compliant Working towards KPIs (account contact, renewals, pricing reviews, order accuracy) Learning the ins and outs of LAN, WAN, and our core products What we’re looking for Around 2 years in desk-based B2B sales Confidence building relationships and growing accounts Experience with renewals, quoting, and customer conversations Comfortable working with numbers, margins, and KPIs Familiar with CRM systems or structured workflows A clear, confident communicator (phone, email, Teams) A natural problem solver who takes initiative Bonus points if you’ve worked in IT, Telecoms or Networking Able to pass BPSS and other clearance checks What you’ll get £27,000 – £35,000 salary 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Private medical insurance Enhanced pension, income protection & life assurance Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Solihull office & flexible core hours Dog-friendly office - yes, really!
