Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
Handle a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity (both freehold and leasehold)
Proactively communicate with clients, partners and other conveyancers to ensure smooth progress
Accurately maintain the firms bespoke case management system
Deal with complex legal issues while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
Work to KPIs that prioritise outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, coaching and mentoring colleagues
About You: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, OR experienced Conveyancer with 5+ years experience running your own files
Strong background in managing a varied residential caseload with minimal supervision
Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
Comfortable working with digital technology and modern case management systems
Demonstrated commitment to professional development (e.g. AML/CPD training)
Ambitious, proactive and motivated to grow within a forward-thinking environment
