I am partnering with an entrepreneurial firm actively acquiring UK real estate, and they’re on the lookout for a talented individual to join their growing team.
This is an agile and collaborative team with an entrepreneurial culture. They are a well-funded, driven company with an innovative and opportunistic approach to Real Estate in the UK.
My role in our partnership is to find a professional to have input on their Asset Management of a diverse commercial portfolio. Your strategic input will contribute to the development of new asset management strategies for current and future assets.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in asset management of commercial properties, building rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
- Competency in managing third-party consultants across various projects & a track record in due diligence and transactional work, with a sound understanding of valuations, investment, and development appraisals.
This role is ideal for someone with the right personal qualities, even if they don't have experience in every area mentioned. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, this excellent investment platform offers an environment that values your input and supports your professional development.
